| With that being said, their Customer Service is one that has been a hot topic here on TT.net. There have been up's and down's in the past with my experience with them. I think the addition of Josh and Dustin to the Z1 Family was a smart move on Russell’s part. When talking to them, they have at least in my experience to solve a problem as fast as possible. Now they have to work on getting their R&D department up to speed... It should not take V2, V3... to get a great produce to work for customers. I WILL ALWAYS try and buy a part for my Z from IMO trusted Shops IPP, SZ, Ash, even TT.net, LONG, LONG before I even start to think about calling Z1, until they do two things; 1) Lose the partnership with AMS completely; and 2) Vastly improve their R&D department... Again just my two cents....
